I can see the relevant theme leagues listed, but I don't know how to enter private leagues.

Please check the thread "League Numbers and Assignments" for which league numbers you should enter.

I see those, and I see the corresponding listing in the league listing. I just normally enter the number of the theme league, and since these leagues are listed as private, I don't know how to enter the league.

I'm sure I'm missing something really basic. I was trying to enter a team into "2018 WIS Championship - League 1B" 65 million. I don't know how.

I entered MLB58881 into 'Existing League', and the error came back reading 'The specified league is either full, does not exist, or it is a Spring Training League.'

All of the leagues start with MLB122XXX. Not sure where you got MLB58881 from.

League 1B is MLB122372. Enter that under Existing League. "Private" just means it doesn't get a public listing.

I got 58881 when I clicked on the 'Private' link from "SimLeague Baseball Theme Leagues." It brings up a "Full Theme Details" including a theme number.

I don't know where you found MLB122372, but, thank you for your help.

Yeah I’m not sure what those numbers are on the Theme Summary, but they aren’t the league numbers. Please use the numbers listed in the League Numbers and Assignments forum thread and enter those into the Existing League box

It’s your choice. Whichever teams you have ready. You can wait longer on the themes you find toughest.

Yep, Jtpsops is correct. The order that you enter your teams doesn’t matter as long as you meet the deadlines

You know, one of these days I'm going to burn myself - I'm going to fly right through roster setup for one of these first-round/second-round themes, and then I'm going to sneak into the second round and end up in a tricky spot.

What is twisting? What is the 300k exception?

Twisting means using a different season of a player. For example, in a regular "twist" league, you would pick a single season team (i.e., 2008 Dodgers). You can use any player that played a game on the 2008 Dodgers, but you can use any season for that player (i.e, I could use 95 Maddux, 02 Lowe, 99 Garciaparra). In this them, you cannot twist a player to a different season.

The 300K exception means that you pick roster any player < $300K to help fill out the roster. (FOr this theme, those players must come from the appropriate season)

Just noticed you're not in the tourney this year schwarze. Is this the first one you haven't been a part of?

That's correct. Was/am super busy this summer. Was out of town for two weeks, and have been swamped at work. I realized right away that I wouldn't have time to research/build teams.
