No. Stipulations are assigned randomly using a random number generator. Each owner is to follow the stipulation given to them. Teams have different caps depending on the stipulation. I'm still working on the list right now, but when It's finalized I will send site-mail to owners that want to play.

No idea how the 52m cap stipulations are supposed to compete with the 60m cap stipulations. The bench just won’t be as good

I've actually just started testing the first 60 mil cap stipulation. number 13... 60 mil may not be the final cap. However,the decade of the 60's didn't have the greatest passers or shooters especially from 3.

So I've gone through the list, and feel pretty comfortable with it. But I started thinking, why stop at 24? I think I can add a few more.
Here are some questions:
Should I add more? have any Ideas?
I'm using a random number generator, and chances are the same number will get shot out, should repeats be allowed?
Should a "pick your own stipulation" number be added to the list?
Should there be a "re-spin" option if owners don't like the first stipulation given? -This would be single use. You're stuck with the second spin.

I've come come up with an idea here, and would like some input.

24 Random Stipulations:
All stipulations will be randomly assigned.
4 team limit per owner
Stipulation numbers assigned so far:

1. 1 player less than 15 USG%, 1player greater than 30 USG%, All others 20-30 USG% 52 Cap, No Clones
2. All Players between 15-25 USG% 53m Cap, No Clones
3. 50mil cap, anything goes
4. Alphabet Soup (all players last name must start with the same letter) No Cap, no clones.
5. Bench Warmers (6^th man award winners or less than 2000 total min) No Cap, Yes clones.

6. All Rookie: 1^st year available for players. No Cap
7. All players must have Ast% greater than 30 or Total Rebound% (ORB%+DRB%) greater than 35. 53m cap, No clones.
8. All players must be 100% at 3 positions. 53m cap. No clones
9. Team must consist of only 3 players. 52m, Yes Clones.
10. Player Coach: All players must have been coached by or played with the same player. For example Steve Kerr has played with Scottie Pippen and David Robinson, and has coached Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant. No Clones, 53m Cap
11. No MVPs or Champions: All players must never have won an mvp or championship. 55m Cap, No Clones
12. Wilton Stockerlain: Team must have 61-62 Wilt Chamberlain and 90-91 John Stockton. 52m cap, No Clones

14. All 70’s 54mil cap, No Clones
