I will be distributing stipulations tomorrow. I'm thinking about adding some prizes. I want to do a total of $30 in prizes $5 or $10 each. I spent way too much time on this for it not to be successful and fun.

Requests for additional teams will be taken in the league forum after a team is already made

$30 in end of season prizes will be given.

$5 Super Team Award: Most players on the All Star team.(in case of a Tie, best record, then largest spread)
$5 Rick Roller Award: Least amount of total regular season turnovers for a playoff Team
$5 DTOY: Most Combined Steals and Blocks Regular Season.
$10 MVT: Largest spread Regular Season (Team points - Opponents points)
$5 Random award: Random number generator chooses.

I don't think I understand the question. I'll try my best here..I guess we aren't running a draft so to speak. The stipulations determine which players can be chosen. the fairness comes from the random number generator. It's the same sort of system statisticians use to help create unbiased surveys. In this case I'm using random.org for the numbers. Does that answer your question?

There are more than 24 stipulations now. One stipulation could be assigned to multiple teams. I believe they are assigned at random.
