I don't think I understand the question. I'll try my best here..I guess we aren't running a draft so to speak. The stipulations determine which players can be chosen. the fairness comes from the random number generator. It's the same sort of system statisticians use to help create unbiased surveys. In this case I'm using random.org for the numbers. Does that answer your question?

There's no way an all 60s or 70s or ABA team can win.. Probably not an 80s team either.. I'd be in, but I'm not going to accept a 60s or 70s or ABA team if that's what I draw-- I'll just back out.. So you can decide if I'm in or not
