-Benchmark of 55 wins in any single season, and 190 wins in three consecutive seasons for Major League team. An owner that fails to meet benchmarks is subject to an evaluation by the world's commissioner. -$35 million prospect budget cap

This is one of the best leagues out there with great owners. The rules in place result in great parity for the league. Claim your team ASAP!

Iowa City - Owner did not reserve and is risking losing this team even though he committed to this season.. A great team to put your mark on, as it is ready for the rebuild. 11th pick in upcoming draft.
