Roy Halladay needs 4 owners going into Season 21. Incredible competitive parity in this world. We've just had a little bit of a turnover problem.
Opening 1 - NL East Team, #3 Draft pick, 63-99 record, but 1 season off from an 85-77 season. Team has the pieces. Could compete.
Opening 2 - AL North Team, #5 Draft pick, 65-97 record. Team has some solid minors pieces, and could use maybe one more rebuild year before truly competing.
Opening 3 - NL North Team, #8 draft pick, 69-93 Record. Team won the World Series in S17, but the previous owner has abandoned the team in two consecutive seasons. Has pieces. Just needs consistent ownership.
Opening 4 - NL West Team, #9 draft pick, 71-91 Record. Newbie owner tried to initiate a rebuild and put some decent pieces in place, but this team was ran by a train wreck for 3-seasons and needs some love.
Opening 5 - NL South Team, #12 Draft pick. 75-87 Record Team has some solid pieces, but is in a competitive division and has had a different owner in 6 straight years. Needs continuity.
Opening 6 - AL West Team, #16 Draft Pick, 82-80 Record. Team has some solid pieces and should compete.
Opening 7 - NL North Team, #24 Draft Pick, 91-71 Record. Team is just starting a competitive cycle and ready for an owner to take it to the next level.
Opening 8 - NL West Team, #28 Draft Pick, 94-68 record. Coming off 9 consecutive winning seasons, a long-term owner chose to leave this team for the taking.
Opening 9 - AL East Team , #32 draft pick, 103-59 record. Powerhouse, coming off a LCS berth, Has one of the best players in the league. Great team, ready to compete now.
World is now public, so feel free to join. Thanks!
