If our scheduled time comes up & the people ahead of us haven't picked yet, do we just jump ahead of them, like in the NFL draft, that's happened more than a couple times? Or do we have to wait?
If your scheduled time comes up, you are free to make your selection and jump ahead of those who have missed their time slot.

It all depends on who's out there to STEAL, the O's don't need much, except for Long relief pitchers?
