I'm at a DII school and I recruited a player who was ineligible and I had planned on red shirting him if he could've played I informed him and all was good but he's still ineligible so my question is assuming he can play the next season can I still red shirt him? Thanks for the help

You can't redshirt Ineligibles. The maximum number of seasons you can have a player is 5.

However, you CAN Pink Shirt ineligibles. That will keep them for an extra semester only.
