I've got recruiting points on a player right now, but the actions like home visit and scholarship offer isn't moving. It's all at 0%

From the image, you withdrew a scholarship offer. Since the release of 3.0, recruits will not let you gain any recruiting traction after withdrawing the offer.

Yep I did last season and he went JUCO. Well that stinks, I wish it told me that I've been wasting points. Ok thank you!

I have also notice since 3.0, real bad match ups on preferences do not unlock actions either (ie several "very bads").
