I also recently moved up to DII, do I have to turn advanced setting on manually? How would I go about doing so?

No. You hover on "coaching" then click "coaching 201". Then scroll down and click on "advanced settings" then click save.

in Hayes there are about as many users as divisions

generally two users stake out a conference and that's it

booooooooooring

but if you want to try things out while you learn, D-2 is the place
