They're laying the groundwork to roll out an online sportsbook. The laws are changing fast and they've noticed. They'll be able to open you an account (without asking for one) with a $10 credit like at an Indian casino, "just to try it!"
Or (this is a crazy thought) they are simply porting over a purchased asset onto their existing platform and working through some bugs.
Or, you may be right, this could very well be a global conspiracy to lure us into the Devil's den of on-line gaming and steal all of our data. Personally, I have decided to purchase 3 more VPN's and 2 new personal routers. I have located those routers in different states and suspect if I can bounce my IPN around the globe a couple of times each time I log in, they will be unable to do much.
