Question: You said the draft center will load 23 players. Does this mean we will be using the WIS draft system?

No. It just means when you load the 1927 Yankees roster in the draft center, there are only 23 players from that team available in WIS. So you'll only be replacing 3 players, and then adding two more of your choosing to fill out the roster.

That is correct. Load the '27 Yankees in the draft center. Only 23 players will be loaded. Decide which 3 you don't want to keep, drop them, and add 5 players of your own choosing to get to 25 total.
