Why are the Sim's hanging on so long in recruiting Topic

I haven't played in awhile and it seems that this recruiting seems different.

I've had recruits considering us among others for several cycles after dumping a ton on them.

Is there a sure fire way to knock off the sims?

Jump on them fast with both feet. The longer you leave them on a recruit, the more influence they build up. If you hit them hard on the 2nd cycle, usually 3-4 CVs is enough.

I have found that CV's work during any cycle as long as you use 3 to 4 of them
