$70M: The Worst Picks First (Again)
The top 6 owners for Round 1 will take part in a three round serpentine draft (1-6, 6-1, 1-6). They will choose from the remaining 18 owners, and get to pick what division the owners they choose play in. They can choose their own, or someone else's. However, only one owner can be added to each division per round.
Then, the lowest ranked owner in each division will create their best roster with no restrictions. They will sitemail that roster, with ballpark, to the other owners in their division. Then, the second lowest ranked owner will repeat the process, but with the 25 players and stadium chosen by the first owner blacklisted. The process repeats until all four owners in each division have their unique teams and stadiums.
Players may be used in each division, they just cannot be used more than once per division.
