the roger stone testimony ended today as the prosecution finished with rick gates.
stone declined to testify in his own defense and instead his lawyers played a recording of his congressional testimony.

next are closing arguments...the jury could start delberating tomorrow or friday.
Gates swore under oath he heard Stone and Trump talking about Wikileaks.....Trump, under oath, and in his chickenshit written answers to Mueller, said he never talked about Wikileaks with Stone.

6. there is never anything wrong in asking - never

trump has petitioned the supreme court to strike the ruling by a circuit court of appeals.
the case - new york atty gen subpoenaed the tax records of the accountants of trump's company..ny is investigating the company.
trump got into the case saying his returns were private and asserted the immunity argumant.
district court ruled against him but ingeniously kept the ruling very very narrow to prevent viable appeal.
the district court refused to go into the waters of the immunity issue and simply ruled that trump could not stop the subpoena
that involved a third party.......the circuit court upheld again only on the narrow lower court ruling and ignored the immunity argument completely.
there is an excellent excellent chance that the supreme court may now decline to hear the case.

even if he is eventually pardoned he will go to jail
