Not sure I see the advantage...the winners of this league will end up in a $100M or $110M TOC, depending on the salaries of their AAA players.

TOC advantage leagues generally don't have AAA because they defeat the purpose of maximizing your salary. The WS teams from this league will be up against teams with higher salaries, as contrarian mentioned...

With that said, I'll probably put in a team and call them MH Whoopie\Makers

That won't do it...if you want to create a TOC advantage league, you need to do it without any AAA. Make it a pure 90M or 100M cap.
