Yes. Only starting pitcher seasons get eliminated if they have fewer than 100 innings.

While I'm here, I have a rules question of my own. In the original classifieds thread Taint wrote,

Starting pitcher determined by whether they have more appearances as a starter or reliever in their first or last season.

While researching in the draft center I came across a pitcher with fewer than 100 innings in his final season, who had the exact same number of appearances starting and relieving. So is he a SP or RP?

How many "safety net" picks has everyone made so far? I'm talking about players with only one eligible season for this theme, so you know exactly what you're getting.

I've made three (batter and two pitchers).
None, but the majority of my picks have been on the "safe" side - IE I took Goldschmidt way too early based purely on his upside, which isn't great at all for a first baseman, because the worst-case scenario is a solid starter who can play most of the games. Similar scenarios with Kluber, Reb Russell, Corey Seager, and Buster Posey (who does have the one injury-shortened season, but otherwise every option is a starting catcher in this league). You can have guys with more than one eligible season for whom you still kinda know what you're getting.

He would be good to be selected any way...the 100 innings mark would not come into play as he didn't hit a majority of his appearances as a starter.
