The plan is to get through Round 1 off the clock, then the remaining rounds will be 11am-10pm Eastern, 1 hour intervals gets us through a round each day. We will be off the clock on the weekend.

Yes, perfectly acceptable.

I highly recommend you go into your account information settings, have sitemails sent to your email. At least during drafts...especially when your partner may want to get ahold of you...
