At the end of the completion, you get the email with the recruit class rankings....how good of a tool is that? Or is it like the emails you get through the process?

It's not really a good measure - quantity over quality as it were, because the largest classes usually rate the highest.

Those rankings are not really a good measure of how good your players really are. A better source for more accurate rankings can be found at guess.gdreports.com. This is a site created and maintained privately by one of our fellow community members, bhazlewood.
