Looking for some guidance on practice planning:

Based on some of the older forum posts, it looks like it was advocated only 10-12 minutes/formation for team practice. Does that still hold up? I figure with diminishing returns, it probably makes more sense to focus more on individual development at D-3.

D3 is all about individual improvement

D1 you recruit a 90/90 lineman no matter what you do for him four seasons long he is not gonna get up over 95/95
