Probably A. I've seen very few DIAA coaches jump directly to an elite.

In that scenario, Coach B every time even if 1AA had three straight National Championships. Hayes in Murray State is my personal evidence for this belief. I couldn't get an elite job for multiple seasons. I think I have a much better profile now with those Navy years and have had success getting elite jobs with profiles similar to Navy in other worlds.

Agree with scrodz, I haven't seen a DIAA able to jump to an elite in quite some time.

Here Z32 only did one season at 1-AA before getting an Elite job. However, it was Nebraska and there probably weren't many other applicants, if any at all.

Fsu is elite in the early 00s where this game was based. The only way we can tell by the skills of the coaches that are at that job. This is pure fantasy.
