I was curious if your team success also factors into how your players develop. For instance the longer you are in the playoffs, the more practice time your players get and the better they become. But do wins and losses actually effect how my players develop in any other meaningful way?

I don't think wins and losses has any effect on player development.

But, you get more practices with each playoff win

Your team would practice after each bowl and after the bowl that your team is playing. Practice stops there.
First tear bowls =1 practice. Second tear bowls = 2 practices. ETC up to the fifth tear bowls witch would be 5 practices.

I believe that fermor is correct. It is easy to check. Look at your team after each bowl game, assuming you have a higher level bowl.

Don't forget exhibition games. If you play three exhibition games a year, that's almost an entire season for a player to play over the course of his career.

Well someone going on six years playing experience and doesn't know their butt from a hole in the ground. Compared with someone with 13 years of playing experience and knows what the hell he is talking about Make your choice and pick wisely grasshopper.
