My prediction. The first round will be untimed and last throughout the weekend. The timed schedule will start on Monday. Despite having three days to make picks (Fri-Sat-Sun), only 9 picks will be made over the weekend.

I've learned to be patient in this draft. Btw - the best draft in the history of WIS! (which ironically makes it very hard to be patient). What I have noticed, is that there are a very small handful of long-time owners who are the main culprits of holding things up. I'm not complaining, just pointing out facts.
