The 99 Teams Progressive League is looking for four new owners heading into season 4. We are currently 60 games through season 3. The league is made up of players from all eras of NHL history. They progress year by year through their careers until they run out of seasons. Initially I put together 99 teams comprised of all rookies with a $50 million cap. Owners picked a number and that was the team they started with. The unused teams form the draft pools. List of available players for season 4 will be up in the draft center later this week.
