I’m making a small amendment to the minimum salary rule to close up a potential loophole:

NOTE: To help maintain the spirit of the theme, you must spend at least $5M combined on your three drafted hitter seasons and at least $5M combined on your three drafted pitcher seasons.

If I may say so, that doesn't seem high enough to close the loophole at this cap.

I don't want to take away viable strategies from people (ie: selecting a relief pitcher). The point is to dissuade people from drafting scrubs they don't intend to use. If a person wants to waste $10M on scrubs, it's still a sizeable hit at this cap.
