Banned League V 1.0 (FULL) Topic

I tried doing this several months ago but never got it to stick. Going to try harder this time. The league that got me addicted to the sim and the league that got me my first championship was Hoosiermania's banned league. I would like to start up something similar

This will be the very first iteration, meaning anything goes. Except of course no Free Agents, no Clones, and no rookies.

As league goes the cap will go down as the player pool decreases.
Will ban the top 5 most used players after this iteration and they will be banned in V 2.0

I am thinking a Cap of 59 million BUT I am going to post a poll because I want to use a cap the most people want to use.
