1985 wont be his *rookie* year, I will be using his 1970 rookie year.
When we get to the 2000 season, I will be using his 1985 season.
Do I just cut him and pick him from 1975 and go back to his rookie year(1970) again ?

When we go back to look over our 1970 roster, is it the WiS roster, or the BBR roster ?

Is there a $ cap?

He has to have a WiS eligible season in 1970 for your team for him to be used, so WiS

What if a player is listed for more than one team in his rookie season? I am thinking specifically of Bobby Bonilla, listed with both White Sox and Pirates for 1986?

Don, DD is probably running this like the other prog he just started. All rookies from '86 forward that are on 2 teams that first season will go to the team that had him 1st. In your example above, Bonilla would belong to the Sox.

In season 1, 1985, any team a guy played for that is WiS eligible, can use him, so both teams will have him until he retires or is cut, but he must have a WiS eligible split season for both teams, not just a combined season. Beyond the first year, if a player comes up with a team, and has the WiS eligablity minimums, 50PAs or 25IPs, then that team gets him, otherwise the team where he does reach those minimums gets him.
