All very good picks!! I would of love to had Tony Gwynn out there roaming my outfield for years to come, Fernandez's glove and bat are great for a long time, Saberhagen, Key, Steib all have nice careers too!

Gotcha. Ill draft P Teddy Higuera

1 more question...the 2 "past" players and the 2 "future" players don't have to be from 1970 and 2000? So I can start with them on my roster from any year I want? i.e) Catfish Hunter doesn't have to be a 1970, I can draft him from 1967 or from 1978 and thats the season they start on my roster?

Also correct. The players from the past have to be on your real life team’s 1970 roster, but you can start them in any season and progress from there. Same with the 2 players from the future, but they’re from the 2000 roster.
