Isn't the easy way to determine eligibility to simply click "First/Last Season" = "First and Last" while also choosing Years 1886 thru 2017? The search engine does all the work. No need to go to baseball-reference for this theme.
Exactly

110M Theme Question.
"Multi-team players: Cannot use combined seasons"

Does this only apply to the three chosen players? Or does this apply to the other 22 players?

Good question. Only your chosen player.

120 mil ?
Can you skip a decade? IE: have pitchers from 1910, 1920 and 1940 but not 1930

Yes, there's no requirement to use consecutive decades

I would say this one needs to be clarified then, it got me for sure. The term exactly 10 years apart is misleading. 1920 to 1940 is exactly 20 years, not 10.

Maybe "multiples" of 10 would be better.

Fair -- I'll reword

Want to take a second to highlight how close the rivalry between discodemo and brianjw has been over the years.

The owner ranking formula is based on Previous Tournament Results, Owner Stats, and Recency. Most of the final ranking is determined by Previous Tournament Results.

Despite brianjw's 3 Championships, he only edges out discodemo by a margin of 0.0002 ranking points for the #1 rank in Previous Tournament Results. This #1 vs #2 designation for Previous Tournament Results is the difference between the #1 and #2 overall ranking.

(Still waiting for one more owner to sign up before I can post the full rankings for this year)

For the variable cap theme...can we use combined seasons of a player if we have both teams selected?

For example, if a player played for the 2005 Braves and Cardinals, and I'm using both of those teams, is the combined season allowed, or do I need to choose between the 2005 Braves partial and the 2005 Cardinals partial?

That'd make roster checking a huge pain, so I'm not going to allow combined seasons even if that's the case.

If the combined is used for the other 22 players, they would technically not be limited to the 3 franchises allowed by the chosen clone. I just want to clarify this to ensure it doesn't violate the intended spirit of this theme.

A WIS Championship newbie question.

I've always been able to create two teams at a time (one in a Spring league, and one in the Draft Center). Without having league #'s yet, is there a way to create these teams in other draft centers?

Bah, you're splitting hairs between Tom Brady and Joe Montana.

What about the Blaine Gabbert vs. Luke McCown comparison?! It's more exciting down in the 60's and 70's.

That's REAL competition!

I'm not sure I follow. If you buy a 6 pack of teams, you'll have 6 teams in the Draft Center (+ 1 exhibition team) to use.
