110M Theme Question.
"Multi-team players: Cannot use combined seasons"

Does this only apply to the three chosen players? Or does this apply to the other 22 players?
Good question. Only your chosen player.
If the combined is used for the other 22 players, they would technically not be limited to the 3 franchises allowed by the chosen clone. I just want to clarify this to ensure it doesn't violate the intended spirit of this theme.
Most typical franchise leagues use this format. I'm ok with it here.

So just to confirm, the no combined season rule applies to the three core players in 110M, and all players in the variable cap, and no one else?

Just in case I am lucky enough to get to the second round, in the 130 mil Calm before the storm theme, I am getting the term "higher" confused with better. As an example: in this 1st round theme my extremes would be1971 Vida Blue with a HR/9 of .55 and 1995 Greg Maddux of .34. In the second round would all my pitchers need a HR/9 of "0.00 to .339" or ".551 to 9.9999"? I don't want to get myself boxed in and since I was wrong on my assumption of the word exactly in the 120 mil theme, I want to be sure here.

Isn't the easy way to determine eligibility to simply click "First/Last Season" = "First and Last" while also choosing Years 1886 thru 2017? The search engine does all the work. No need to go to baseball-reference for this theme.
Exactly
I would caution everyone that there seems to be some weirdness around "last" seasons in the database for 2017 and 2018 (unless I'm making some really dumb mistake - very possible!).

certain players who were active in both 2017 and 2018 have both those years flagged as their "last" season. for example, 2017 Christian Yelich and 2018 Christian Yelich both come up on a last season-only search. same with Michael Conforto and Brett Gardner. a quick scan shows numerous other 2017/2018 players affected, but not all. I'm not seeing any pattern, and most players seem to be properly coded, but it's probably something to look out for.

Just out of curiosity, are these the same themes as in the WIS championships of the past years?

Or are these brand new themes?

new themes...if you search "All" in the WIS Championship thread, you can see past themes.

Your Round 2 team would need to be .56 to infinity, in this scenario.

Yep, I come up with 12 unique themes each year.

This is a great callout. I forgot about this. 2017 will be eligible so please be careful with this.

Oh, I forgot I added it as a rule for the 180M league. Let me think on this so they are consistent. Will post by tomorrow

Sorry for the delay here. I’d rather minimize the need to check for combined players so I’m removing the rule from the 180M league. The only place combined seasons can’t be used is for the 3 seasons of your chosen player in the 3x franchise theme

That 180 million theme.

I don't think I've ever worked so hard creating a team before.

it was fun, but there were so many different ways you can go with it.

For me the hardest one to build has been the 110M

110 question: Do the 3 eligible seasons have to be 3 different seasons or can we use a split season with two different teams plus another season?

130 question: Is the HR rule using real life stats or real life projected to 162 games? Makes a difference with the players who played shorter seasons in real life.

110M: WIS's draft center will block this automatically.

130M: Real life stats
