For the $110M 3 Franchise league it says "Cannot use combined seasons for chosen player." Does this mean partial seasons are allowed?

Yep! Partial and Full are both fine

For the $130M Cap, a tremendous portion of me is saying "F*ck it. Draft whoever you want. You're not making the second round anyway." Is this normal?

Devil's advocate would say, what if that works so well it helps you sneak into the second round?

But my honest advice would be to embrace the challenge. Even scout out what your second-round roster might look like so you can imagine what threshold you want to hit. It's the best way to build your drafting skills to be at the level you want to reach.

To be clear, I'm obviously talking about pitchers. Drafting hitters with low HRs is easy and fun.

Ah, good idea. As I said above, drafting the hitting for this league is no problem. Or so I thought. Now I'm thinking, "Can I draft a good offense where everyone has 6+ HRs?"

120mil league goes from 1885-2018 right?

Yep, no restriction on seasons

For the 130M league, how many decimal places will you look to for checking the HR/9 rates? How many places can you look easily to?

To make this more concrete, would you allow the following. Someone uses 87 Pascual Perez as their most homer prone R1 pitcher. Then they use 72 Catfish Hunter in R2. Is that allowed? Catfish dies have a higher HR/9; if you search for HR/9 between 0 and 0.6399, Perez turns up and Catfish doesn't. But it's really close, and unless you did a search you wouldn't know it was higher.

Great question. I'll be using the player spreadsheets to verify rosters, so it will be based on however many decimal places WIS has for the player.

In the Draft Center, WIS uses the values you give it as absolutes -- i.e. .29 = .29000000 -- so, to be safe, if you draft a player either check yourself or assume that any player with the same value shown (i.e. .29 in our example) will be unavailable to you in Round 2.

Really you are better off checking yourself if you have the time.

In your example Catfish would be legal

Oh I was doing everything off the spreadsheets so I wasn’t worried about mixing these players up. I had filters in place to not make any pitcher the wrong side of my cut off available.

I just worried that it would be too much of a pain in the neck to check that everyone had it right to four decimal places.

I need a stadium ruling. The NY Metropolitans played in Polo Grounds I which does not appear in park factor listing. Can any of the Polo Grounds stadiums be substituted for Polo I?

To clarify, this question is for the $90M theme.

Good question. In general, ione of your chosen players for the 90M theme does not have their stadium available, you would need to use the stadium for the other player.

However, in this specific case, since the stadium is in the system but under a different franchise only, I'll allow it. You'll need to use Polo Grounds (IV)
