IN the theme descriptions, there is a 300K exception. Does this suggest that we cannot use 200K fill ins. The bench guys must be > 300K ?

No, the 300K exception means that you are allowed to use players under 300K who do not meet the rules of the theme. I don't believe I used it for any themes this year though

Since we are now 2 weeks from the first roster deadline, anyone who joins after this point will NOT be required to have any teams in until the final deadline -- still almost 2 months away.

FYI - if it gets late and you haven't filled yet, you could allow people to enter just one or two teams into the various themes. Those folks wouldn't count in the overall standings. You'd have to adjust the prize pool.

Just post those themes in the classifieds.
