How do you know this? You spent $20,000. That does not mean that the SIM spent $18,000. The SIM could have spent $15,000 or less for all any one knows. Off course a SIM will put up a fight but don't assume that a Sim puts out a good chunk of change because it will drain your $$$$ real fast. I'll bet you could have won the player over for less. Don't cram $$$$ all at once.

I had to get the green light hit at 19,000 and some change. I really think the sim spent that much just to prove you can't just get handovers in a empty conference.
