in order to include all season of Wilt and Kareem (basically no cap on the 9M+ category) I think you would need to reduce the overall league cap to $54M. That way whoever gets 66-67 Wilt at $12.3M will have to take salary cap into account when making choices about the rest of the price ranges to get in under $54M. Otherwise, it's just too big an advantage to whoever gets first pick in the $9M+ price range. At $56M cap with 66-67 Wilt I believe it should just be a race for second. But $54M would make it more competitive.... should you decide to include those top Wilt and Kareem.

Even if you expanded the category to $9-12M to include all Kareem and most Wilt, I still think you should drop the overall cap at least $1M to $55M in order to make it a tighter squeeze. Even 67-68 Wilt at $11.75M is just too powerful to have a $56M cap and not expect whoever gets that pick to win.

with the top bracket at $9-11M you basically don't have to make any salary decisions in order to fit in a $56M salary cap. you can max every category and still fit under the cap easy. when the salary cap adds no dynamic to the draft, it leads to a greater advantage to whoever picks early in the top price categories.

I want to leave it as it is for now, but I would consider making the salary cap $55 million in the future. I've always wanted this league to be more about picking players and not about budgeting money.
