MINIMUM WIN REQUIREMENT - If any franchise wins less 120 ML games in any two consecutive seasons (only seasons with the same GM are applicable), then they will forfeit their 1st Round pick in the following season's Amateur Draft. The forfeiture will be accomplished by placing a worthless prospect (current core ratings should be in the teens or worse) as the #1 ranked player in their Amateur Draft prospect ranking and leaving the player un-offered and un-signed. They will also be prohibited from transferring money to the prospect budget for the next season. Failure to comply with any penalties issued for these violations will result in immediate removal from the league.
