I see some chatter on the salary cap.... Because I don't play enough, I'm not sure the answer to this question....How difficult will it be to maintain the "minimum" salary? If someone has a really bad team, would they be unable to draft a top rookie who may have a very low 1st season salary?
I think you'd be able to draft enough filler. There are going to be a lot of cuts. One of the things that always drives me crazy is teams with like 26,000 minutes and then other teams struggling to fill their teams out. With an average of 22 players available per team at an average of 1900 minutes per player (and like 3.5M per player if I recall correctly), there is more than enough minutes and money to go around with each team able to carry a couple low minutes/salary people.
The one thing I am struggling with is whether or not to offer an IR. I don't want to deprive draft-able resources but I don't want to over constrain team building more than it is.
I may go without one for the first season or two and then put it to a vote after that.
