Why wont Obama support Biden? Topic

i mean suppose pence and trump were a decade younger

pence has been a great VP. 100% loyal, says the right thing every time

even though i would guess he thinks Trump is the antijesu he accepts Trump's policies are in lockstep with his own

so if trump wins in 2020 and pence stays the course, would trump back pence?

if trump was good people. unfortunately...

maybe its a ex-president thing, they usually try to stay above the fray

my guess is privately Oblama hopes someone younger/darker/modder comes to the fore. as do i hope

but Biden was loyal, Oblama owes him

my opinion is he's doing the right thing staying out of it

rem when the clinton machine couldn't push mrs clinton over the top?

he is an organizer and speechifier but he is not a machine politician
I don't think Obama owes Biden anything. Nobody forced him to accept the VP nomination. Just like I don't think trump would owe Pence anything.

that may be true, all3...but since when do you put any stock in Obama's opinon?
If Obama KNOWS (not thinks he knows) something, then it is NOT his opinion of Biden keeping him from an endorsement, it is a fact.

this doesnt make any sense.
he will not endorse anyone and wont do anything until the race is over.

until there is a new dem prez a lot of people still see obama as the symbolic head of the party.
unlike moron debbie wasserman schultz he will not show favoritism.
that would hurt and splinter the democratic party.
think about it.

well, despite what Obama may know or not know, it is still just his opinion as to whether Biden would make a good president.

Even if he (or anyone else) THINKS Biden would make a good POTUS, he's not going to endorse him if he knows something that could wreck him.
(You still say you don't post this stuff just to argue?)

some speculation based on facts can be smart.
this is stupid.
he wont endorse anyone under any circumstances until the race is over.

Difference is I don't try to deny it or act like I'm above it, they way you do.
(There are tons of examples in tons of threads, if you go back and look, so don't ask me for them.)

not gonna ask you to look for them. I don't care. Think what you want. Sometimes I do post just to argue, (a do many here, in my opinion) but not most of the time. I also don't think I act like I'm above it. If that is the impression you get, I can't help that.

I haven't said a thing to this point simply because I'm biding' my time.
7/10/2019 7:23 PM
OK then, keep biding. And take Biden with you to your house, how about it?
Whatever he drinks might actually help you out. lol
7/10/2019 7:50 PM
I don't got a dog here. YOU own Biden. Don't push it on me. That's your boy.
