I'm still working on my list - about a 1/3 done, but I'll be out of the country until the 25th with limited Wifi. Start the league w/o me if it fills.

I have my list together but I figured I'd hold off on sending it until it's needed so I can continue to make adjustments.

Do I understand this correctly.

Everyone submits a player list of their choices ranked 1-168.
A draft order will be determined after all 24 rosters are submitted.
1st pick gets his #1 ranked player.
2nd pick gets his #1 ranked player (as long as he hasn't been selected).

In round 2, the 1st pick gets his highest ranked player remaining on his list.

Is this correct, because it sounds really interesting!

I'm also assuming that there will be no clones.

Are the final 5 spots limited to the remainder of your 168 player list or open to any player undrafted in WIS?

This is correct! It’s just like any automated draft if you do fantasy spots at all.

no clones. Last 5 spots can be filled with anyone who is not already on a roster. Does not have to be on your original list.
