I'm not speaking for Tangy. He can defend his own positions I reckon. But, in a futile (I expect) attempt at finding some agreement between REAL citizens from BOTH sides (me, all3, Boris, Tangy, etc).......... I'm gonna take this one on.

Most of us in the U.S. (I think) are a curious conglomerate of heritage and religions. Thus the "melting pot" analogy.

I, like many, rejected the dogma with which I was raised. But I can't reject the heritage. Thus, I'm the stubborn "show me" kind of fella I am, willing to go my own way and be different, no matter the cost. That's the heritage talking. But you won't find me trying to preach fire and brimstone BS in an attempt to convert you. My heritage (spiritually) was empty for me. Too narrow. Too judgmental. Too ignorant in short. I learned 1st hand that Indians aren't "savages". No matter what my great great grandpa thought about them. HE was bigoted and wrong because of fear and ignorance. I CHOOSE to not repeat that behavior.
