One other question -- can I assign another owner to have to manage their own roster? Would add another wrinkle to the draft and the team building process

No because that would completely mess up the scoring system (An owner scores one point for every win they get with the managed roster and one point for every unavoidable loss his or her own roster inflicts on another owner).

Damn, just finished up building my Ugly team, but just realized I got the salary cap wrong. I built it for $80M. What was I thinking? No wonder the team looked so horrendously bad.

I would be willing to do this as a 16-team league, or even 12-team league if we can't get to fill.

One can make a really good team for 90-100 mil. In fact, I prefer 90 mil leagues now. Anything over 110 becomes absurd in my opinion.

Come on people. This is a great theme idea. It's a fun challenge build a roster to lose as many games as possible, given the PA and iP requirements.
