I think everybody should be forced to build their entire rack of teams in just 6 hours across 3 days. This planning and building and rebuilding and research crap is sooooo 2014.

You should do a strategy writeup.

just a shout out to all the commissioners for setting up the leagues; many of the leagues were not easily checked.

Curious to hear how much time everyone spent building their six teams. Which did you spend the most time with? The least amount of time?

I probably spent 6-8 hours total. My $90M was easily the one I finished the quickest. Variable Cap was my most involved, then more time since it wasn't legal...

I too built my $70M not knowing that the draft center identified first/last. Once I found that out, I reviewed in the draft center, making only minor changes.

For roster analysis, is it more interesting to look at players at the player level (i.e. Greg Maddux) or the player-season level (i.e. 1995 Greg Maddux and 1994 Greg Maddux are different)

or 1986 Greg Maddux

We have schedules. I'm in the wrong division...:)

Player-season. Especially with some bad seasons from good players in the mix at 110M.

Definitely player-seasons.

In the 110 league, I know a number of teams went with Speaker, but I wonder how many of those teams have the same three Speakers.

I'm kind of surprised that anyone went with the A's version of Speaker. '27 Speaker is very usable as a starter at this cap, but '28 Speaker just seems like wasted money. At best, the very weak half of a platoon. I guess if someone feels those A's players really make up the team though.

Yeah, I know, but I like what I got from the A's. We will see how it plays out.

This is weird. All 6 of my teams have the first series on the road.
