Go with Matt Ryan. He had a sneaky good year last year and his receiving corps are elite.

I like Baker. No? He has sick weapons. Matty Ice is not bad but IDK. Ugh. First season in a long time I dont have a legit strategy! Bleh

Baker? Unproven for me, it feels like that team could just implode. I think they will win the division, but I'm not sold on Baker as a top-5 QB yet.

Sort off like I was not sold on Mahomes last yr? Ugh I dont want to miss out twice. I am conflicted. Dammit. Draft is tomorrow so I cannot chill. League around for 24 yrs, I want to Win!

Baker is not Mahomes from last year.

tangy draft tips (known winner of leagues 2018):
- don't draft a backup QB and in most cases don't draft a backup defense. Use late round picks to land high upside flex players
-Unless you want Kelce, get a TE or two late. I'm pretty good at finding TE sleepers every year. (This year I like Andrews from BAL)
-Avoid SF and NE running backs
-Get the most RB's and WR's as possible. Use WW constantly.
-In terms of RB's, I like Bell, Ekeler, Carson, and Ingram a lot.
-Get a QB and their favorite target together. Profit. Last year I got Brees/Kamara in my main league and won. This year I like Ryan/Jones or Ryan/Ridley if you want value. Mahomes/Hill also a good choice. Just load up on Chiefs players in general.

Oh, and don't be the first guy to draft a defense or a kicker. Be the first guy to fill your flex slot.

I am iffy on Bell? Conner was in that same system and did really well. Is Bell a system guy or a truly good RB?
8/27/2019 7:16 AM
I think Bell is a system player. He won't have a terrible year but he will never produce again like he did in Pittsburgh.
8/27/2019 7:26 AM
I think almost every single RB in the league is replaceable. But that's not really the point. I like Bell because he has fresh legs after being rested last year and the Jets will give him tons of volume.

I can see Bell being the centerpiece of that offense this year.

My team - 14 team league:

QB: Mayfield
RB: Kerryon Johnson, Tevin Coleman, Adrian Peterson
WR: Odell Beckham, Brandin Cooks, Curtis Samuel
TE: Jared Cook
D: Cowboys
K: Tevecchio (sp?)

Thoughts?

For a 14 team league, IDK. Small bench? Your RB's are weak

My team in my main 12 team league:
QB: Ryan
WR1: Godwin
WR2: Watkins
RB1: Kamara
RB2: Ingram
TE: Kelce
Flex: Cohen
Bench:
Sterling Shepard, Jordan Howard, Courtland Sutton, DeSean Jackson, Mark Andrews

K: Prater
Def: Buffalo

It is not my entire team. I also have Tony Pollard, Nick Foles and Deebo Samuel.

That is not bad if the receivers step up. If not it could be a long season. So you had the 2nd pick?

Pollard is a good pickup.
