Am I correct in recalling that the Sim uses league adjusted stats for normalization purposes but not park adjusted? So AL/NL splits are normalized differently each year but not adjusted for park factors?

Stats are not park adjusted at all.

That part has always bothered me. A hitter playing in Petco in real life is already taking a hit to their stats. Putting them in Petco in the game hits them again. Same with hitters in Coors at the other end of the spectrum. They get a double bump to their stats.
