Leaning towards taking the Astros, but want 2019 Cole and Verlander!

Before I spend a lot of time on picking my players I am confused about my team. Washington Senators and Minnesota Twins was a continuing franchise. Yet I see that The Texas Rangers were connected to the Washington Senators from 1961-1971 under Baseball References website. I am not allowed to use the Rangers, Correct?

Correct...also not the more recent version of the Sens (61-71).....you can use the original Senators as that was the franchise that moved to Minnesota.
