I'm not seeing where the Piazza example answers my question (hence my question). That example covers people who are selected in the first leg, but does not explicitly state whether it will apply to players who are first chosen in all legs. So if Mike Pagliarulo is not used in leg 1 or leg 2 but is used in leg 3, will he be blacklisted in legs 4 and 5? I assume so, but I'd like to be sure.

Yes. Once a player is chosen, regardless of which leg it is, they are unavailable in future legs.

Ahh, I see. I will modify the wording, but the answer is yes - replacement players selected in Leg X are blacklisted in Leg X+1, X+2, etc.

I’m back.

I started working on my roster last night. The fact that this team has a pretty solid starting lineup will make things interesting. Sure, there are certainly a couple of the pitching spots worth upgrading. But how many offensive players will be replaced and at what positions? Even the worst hitters are studs defensively. This team had to be one of the best defensive teams in history. I bet we get a wide variety of strategies.

The catchers all have guns, so I don't expect to see a lot of SB in this league at the outset, But when you start thinking about which 5 or 10 players might be left in later seasons, you can really see the character of the team changing dramatically by Season 3. This one requires a good bit of thought for sure.

I 'll play.

And with Kershaw, Maddox and Pedro blacklisted, the starting pitching should have lots of variety.

I'm in again.
