reddtrain, gosh Frank Dwyer is such a solid #1 starter, but he can't pitch every game for you, only 434 blessed innings. So you need a good #2 guy...and 1939 Jack Kramer should fit the bill nicely. 223 innings of .312 OAV. Not to worry though, he also gives up lots of walks (5.00/9) and homers (HR+=86) for a truly special 6.13 ERC#. Yup, he has "number 2" written all over him.
Scary thing is he would be close to the ace of my pitching staff if I kept him...but he's all yours.
