Name your teams whatever you want

When you build your roster, please keep in mind a couple of things:
1.) You must roster the three players chosen in rounds 1, 2, 6. If there are multiple versions of that player in the database for that season, you must roster the most expensive version of that player.
2.) The remaining 22 players on your roster must come from the franchise-decade assigned to you in round 5. No exceptions.
3.) There are a few players you can NOT have on your team under any circumstances. You cannot have any version of a player drafted by someone else in round 1 or a pitcher drafted by someone else in round 2. You also cannot roster the exact player-season you gifted someone else in round 6. Not that I expect anyone would WANT to do that, but just in case.
4.) Remember to select the park that you were assigned in round 4.
5.) Please remember that we have no AAA in this league, horrible pitching, injuries are set to ON, and we have most of the highest offense parks in WIS in this league. DRAFT ENOUGH INNINGS!!!! I reserve the right to send your team back if you enter 1250 innings or something like that.
6.) Lastly, it is certainly possible that one or more have us have been substantially more screwed than others. This is on the honor system, but I certainly hope that every owner will play his team to the best of his ability for the entire 162 games. It's unfair to every other owner if you set your team on autopilot and let it turn into a fatigue death spiral.

Razorclams welcome to 1927 Jack Scott and his sparkling .330 OAV over 246 innings

I also assume that when we draft our players, if they were on two teams in the same year (one of them being ours) we can only use their partial season stats with our franchise?
10/23/2019 5:29 PM
Is it sad that our assigned player from the decade is one of the better pitchers on our team?

Or that I realized Bobo Newsom was one of the original players picked and couldn't use his one marginal season that was one of the best available SP seasons in my year range ...

Hopefully we can use a combined so long as it's from our franchise.

Combined seasons are ok

am i correct in assuming no clones?
10/23/2019 7:57 PM
From original post and signup thread:

After that, rules will be straightforward:
- No AAA, No WW, No trades, No DH, No Clones
- injuries on (be sure you draft enough PA/IP, especially if you get dealt one of those nasty offense-heavy parks)
- We will do ONE random realignment
- $80m cap

I'll start verifying other rosters tomorrow. Hopefully everyone will have their team in quickly. These should not be difficult rosters to build. Execrable, yes, but not difficult.
