unable to send, says capcha function not working, says I am not logged in even though I am. repeatedly does the same thing. anyone else seeing this? I had to piggyback a new request onto an old ticket to get playoff pairings set up.

DoctorKz, I just tested it. At first it said the same thing you got, that I wasn't logged in even though I was. But when I clicked on the login button, it then displayed my "submit a request" form and it allowed me to use it normally.
