Greetings....back in the day (2006-2008), I used to commish this theme....on the reboot, we have just completed SEASON 1. Pretty straight forward idea, all your players must be from your selected franchise. We will play with 24 different franchises -so it's first come, first served. Basic rules:
NO DH this time...
NO AAA,NO INJURIES, NO WW
STANDARD 24 team league....12 AL/12 NL. 24 different owners, alignment will resemble RL best we can.
Player pool is 1903- present.(World Series era)
Combos on new franchises allowed ( Marlins, DBacks, Rays, Rockies- select 2)
At 110 cap, the playing field is level....we ran this about 6 times several years ago and no franchise and/or owner won more than once....... Teams that have relocated are still one franchise (Browns/ Orioles, Senators/Twins are examples)........no combined seasons- all players must have all AB's/ IP with your selected club. Your squad plays in any park they have called ‘home’. NO clones. Would like 24 different owners, one franchise each. OWNERS MAY RETAIN ANY FRANCHISE SEASON TO SEASON FOR MAXIMUM OF 3 SEASONS- SHARE AND SHARE ALIKE!!
