Allow the Recruiting Budget and Scouting Budgets to be the sum of a total. Dollar amount can stay the same, but give us two windows to adjust these amounts.

Those two says are Day before recruiting one, and the Day before recruiting two. I NEVER have enough scoting cash and I always have tons of recruiting cash going into RS2. Give us a little control on the Cash situation. Would help with the EE situation as well.

Just my thoughts.

I like the idea. But the other way around. There's some seasons I leave behind $10k in scouting! Laziness? Maybe. But I sign great players!
